Only send returns after you have registered your return with us (via your account or by email), unless otherwise agreed with us.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the web shop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately € 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all delivered accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value. So handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, you can contact us at support@moisecare.nl. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal, provided the product has already been received by us in good order.

You can also register your return via your account in the web shop; this is often the fastest way and you will receive a return label immediately.
We are legally required to offer you a model withdrawal form. You are not obliged to use this form: you may, for example, also simply notify us of your withdrawal by email. The form must, however, be available to you as an option (including as a download).
Tip: you can send the completed form to us by email or include it with your return. Some customers print it together with the order or add it digitally to the order confirmation; that is up to you.
